At the heart of our work is a commitment to empowering female sports professionals and sports media professionals through meaningful, off-field career support. We create inclusive networking opportunities designed to open doors, foster collaboration, and build lasting connections.

As the founder, I bring valuable experience as an Operations Manager and Head of Women’s Player Recruitment for teams across the West Midlands. Through this work, I witnessed firsthand the critical need for a fully integrated support network tailored specifically for women in sport.

I am proud to offer a holistic approach—nurturing talent from the early stages of a sporting career through to life after retirement from the game. This journey is not just about professional development, but also about personal well-being.

Understanding the unique challenges faced by women, I work closely with specialists in areas such as endometriosis, recognizing the significant impact such conditions can have—not only on day-to-day life, but also on athletic training and performance.

I am known for my empathetic and trustworthy approach, often described as “a good listener” and “someone I feel comfortable confiding in.” This reflects the core values of the organisation: trust, respect, and genuine care.
